You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@clearedpath.co.uk.
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law. Where a statutory right to a refund exists, we will honour it.
Limitation of Liability
ClearedPath is a tool designed to assist with your job search. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews, job offers or employment. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
